About the Author
Trevor L Amos is a senior lecturer in the Department of Management at Rhodes University, primarily responsible for teaching Human Resource Management at both the undergraduate and post-graduate levels. He also teaches on the MBA and Management Development Programs of the Rhodes University Investec Business School.
Adrian Ristow is the Communications Manager for Coca-Cola Sabco (Pry) Ltd. His responsibilities include internal and external communications, as well as corporate citizenship issues for the organisation. He joined the Head Office Human Resources department at CCS in 1998 and over the past few years has gained experience in various aspects of human resource management.
